Our chef serves essentially typical local Mauritian vegetarian meals, with seasonal fruits and vegetables. Traces of both northern and southern Indian Mauritian cuisine can be found on the menu. Common preparations are delicious curry, chutney, rougaille (tomato paste that is very popular on the island) and pickles, most of which use local ingredients.
